Duetto is the hospitality industry's leading Revenue & Profit Operating System, trusted by hotels, resorts, and casinos worldwide. Founded in 2012 by former Wynn Resorts executives, the company has been named #1 Revenue Management Software by HotelTechAwards four years running and #1 Best Place to Work in Hotel Tech in 2025. Backed by GrowthCurve Capital since 2024, Duetto is accelerating AI investment across the platform.
As Senior DevOps Engineer, you will architect, build, and own the AWS infrastructure that powers Duetto's 24/7 SaaS platform. Your responsibilities include designing and implementing infrastructure for seamless migrations of critical systems while maintaining uptime and reliability; building and maintaining tooling and processes that enable SaaS products to scale and self-manage on AWS; partnering closely with developers to strengthen reliability, performance, security, and scalability of application architecture; maintaining critical infrastructure components for high availability and security; driving alignment across technical and non-technical teams on infrastructure decisions; and participating in weekly on-call rotation as last line of defense, leading root cause analysis and driving permanent fixes.
You'll own meaningful infrastructure decisions rather than executing blueprints. The company emphasizes AI-forward practices across all functions—you'll use AI for incident triage, IaC code generation, and runbook authoring. You'll work at the intersection of serious infrastructure and an industry the team genuinely loves, with real collaboration across developers and cross-functional teams rather than siloed ticket-filing.
Required: 5+ years in Ops, DevOps, or SRE roles with system design and architecture expertise. Hands-on AWS administration (IAM, VPC, EC2, ELB, RDS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Secrets Manager, KMS, CloudWatch, CloudTrail); production Terraform/Terragrunt experience; Chef or Puppet; fluency with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, and GitOps workflows; monitoring tools like DataDog, Prometheus, or Grafana; ability to read Java, Ruby, Bash/Zsh, HCL, Python, and JavaScript.
Desirable: ECS or EKS experience, SOC2 or secure-by-default practices, L7 load balancing familiarity.
