As Senior DevOps Engineer, you will own the design, building, and maintenance of Aidoc's cloud infrastructure platform. This is a high-impact role tackling large-scale infrastructure challenges with direct influence on platform scalability, R&D efficiency, and organizational reliability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning infrastructure projects end-to-end, from research and design through implementation and rollout
- Leading infrastructure improvements focused on high availability, resiliency, performance, and cost efficiency
- Evaluating and implementing new technologies to upgrade infrastructure posture
- Collaborating with engineering teams to define standards, patterns, and platform roadmap
- Serving as technical expert in infrastructure decisions and driver of engineering excellence
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years hands-on DevOps experience in large-scale infrastructure environments
- Advanced Kubernetes and container orchestration expertise
- Strong proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks (Terraform, Terragrunt, CDK)
- Solid hands-on AWS experience
- Strong network fundamentals understanding
- Experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD) and advanced CI/CD pipelines
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for elegant, effective technological solutions
