As a Senior DevOps Delivery Engineer, you will be a core member of the infrastructure and delivery team, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the systems that power Payoneer's platform. Your primary responsibilities include:
• Creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for company products using tools like Git, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, and Artifactory
• Building and maintaining high-performance, fault-tolerant, scalable application lifecycle management (ALM) systems spanning version control, builds, deployments, monitoring, and configuration management
• Maintaining the application layer across public and private cloud environments
• Developing and integrating infrastructure tools supporting production systems
• Automating provisioning and configuration of Windows and Linux environments
• Collaborating with product, QA, development, and IT/operations teams to streamline workflows
• Participating in on-call duties for Payoneer production systems, including non-conventional hours and weekends
Required qualifications include a BS in computer science or equivalent practical experience, at least 6 years as a DevOps Engineer, and 5+ years running production workloads on AWS, Azure, or GCP. You must have expertise in microservices architecture, container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD tools, GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux), configuration management (Chef/Ansible/Puppet), and scripting (PowerShell/Bash/Python). Strong Linux OS expertise, troubleshooting skills, and experience with monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) are essential.
Advantages include SQL experience, software development background, event streaming platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ), NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch), and storage/networking knowledge.
