Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Development Test Engineer to join the Air Dominance & Strike team in Costa Mesa, California. This role focuses on structural, performance, and environmental testing of advanced air vehicles, missiles, and launch systems powered by Lattice OS, an AI-driven command and control platform. You will own the complete execution of development test campaigns, from planning and setup design through execution, data analysis, and equipment design/fabrication. Key responsibilities include leading test operations on complex aerospace systems, generating detailed work instructions for technicians, operating sophisticated data acquisition systems, thermal chambers, electrodynamic shakers, and fluid power systems. Preferred skills include knowledge of hazardous systems, instrumentation expertise, coding proficiency (Python, Matlab), 3D modeling (Siemens NX, Teamcenter), electronic component integration, and experience with machining, sheet metal, and 3D printing. This is a full-time position with competitive equity grants and comprehensive benefits.
