Relay is a cross-chain payments protocol providing instant, low-cost cross-chain bridging, swaps, and transactions across 85+ chains. The platform serves over 5 million users who have completed 59+ million transactions with $6+ billion in volume. The mission is to make transacting across chains as fast, cheap, and reliable as online payments, abstracting blockchain complexity from end users.
As Senior Developer Success Engineer, you will be the technical voice for developer integrations at Relay. You'll own the technical relationship with integrators, working directly alongside developers from initial integration through production deployment. Your responsibilities include:
- Own integration support: debug directly with developers, drive issues to resolution, and identify whether solutions require better guidance, implementation patterns, or product changes
- Work directly with integrators: help developers choose the right integration path through Relay and get complex implementations across the finish line
- Build scalable solutions: turn repeated integration work into documentation, code examples, templates, and tooling that other developers can leverage
- Treat documentation as a core product: write clearly for developers and AI coding agents, establishing practical standards for developer-facing materials
- Close the loop: synthesize learnings from developer friction points into better APIs, workflows, and product decisions
- Measure success by developer velocity: track whether integrations happen faster and with less support over time
You'll cover US business hours with a strong preference for Eastern Time, partnering closely with the Customer team who owns commercial relationships while you own the technical side.
