Behavox is a cloud-native AI company providing an integrated controls platform for global financial institutions—banks, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, insurance businesses, and commodity firms. The platform unifies communications and trade surveillance, compliant archiving, policy management, and front-office analytics on a single, AI-native SaaS stack.
The Senior Delivery Manager owns program-level delivery execution for complex, enterprise client engagements composed of multiple interrelated projects. You will be accountable for establishing and maintaining a cohesive program delivery plan, aligning scope, sequencing, dependencies, and cost considerations across delivery streams to ensure contractual commitments and client value realization are achieved.
With 5–8 years of delivery or project management experience, you will own the full program lifecycle and be accountable for program delivery outcomes, commercial trade-off decisions within contractual boundaries, and cross-project risk and dependency management. You will apply sound commercial judgment to balance scope, cost, effort, and timelines while protecting delivery integrity.
Key responsibilities include: owning end-to-end delivery outcomes across a defined program; applying commercial judgment to make program-level decisions on scope, cost, effort, and timelines; proactively identifying, mitigating, and resolving risks, issues, and dependencies that span multiple projects; providing day-to-day guidance and coaching to junior Delivery Managers; and owning program-level scope governance and leading formal change processes.
You will exercise functional leadership within the delivery program, providing guidance, coaching, and quality oversight to junior Delivery Managers. While not a people manager, you will support capability development, reinforce delivery standards, and represent Behavox's mission, marketplace, and technologies with authority in high-impact delivery situations.
Required expertise includes deep knowledge of program-level delivery structures and governance frameworks; strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and delivery implications; advanced knowledge of enterprise data integration models (SMTP, SFTP); knowledge of program delivery economics and commercial trade-offs; and strong understanding of Behavox's mission, marketplace positioning, and technologies.
This is a hybrid position based in the Milan office.
