Salary: EUR 94,600 - 156,400 / annual
Camunda is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery of customer implementation engagements for its enterprise platform for agentic orchestration. This role is critical to ensuring Professional Services implementations are delivered predictably and to high quality.
In this position, you will translate customer outcomes into realistic delivery plans (scope, milestones, dependencies, budget) and drive execution against them. You'll lead cross-functional teams including Camunda staff, customers, and partners, keeping everyone aligned on goals, ways of working, and accountability. You'll own scope decomposition, estimation, and change control—making trade-offs explicit and protecting delivery commitments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of customer implementation engagements with clear planning and execution
- Keeping implementation teams aligned on goals, outcomes, and budget with shared accountability
- Driving scope decomposition, estimation, and change control; managing trade-offs between scope, time, and quality
- Owning stakeholder communication with customers, Account teams, and internal leadership—providing clear, evidence-based status updates and driving timely decisions
- Proactively identifying and mitigating delivery risks and removing blockers with technical credibility
- Capturing learnings from engagements to improve Camunda's Professional Services delivery framework

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a Technical Delivery Lead or Project Management role in Enterprise Software or SaaS
- Proven track record leading agile, customer-facing Professional Services implementation engagements
- Demonstrated ability to align multi-party teams on cadence and Definition of Done, ensuring predictable increments/releases delivered on time, on budget, and to high quality
- Advanced communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences, with strong empathy in customer interactions
- Strong aptitude for strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving
- Passion for solving customer challenges and driving customer success; understanding of how PS engagements in ARR-driven enterprise software improve retention and enable expansion
- German language proficiency at C1/C2 level
- Willingness to use Camunda's product
Nice-to-haves:
- Familiarity with software engineering, process orchestration, and automation
