Okta is seeking a Senior Deal Operations Support professional to join its Quote-to-Cash team within Finance Operations. This role is critical to simplifying the sales journey and ensuring deal velocity while maintaining policy integrity.
You will serve as a key operations professional supporting all commercial activities, including deal structuring for deals under $100k, contract creation, pricing guidance, review and approval, contract management, and sales quoting support. Your responsibilities span the full deal lifecycle: reviewing and interpreting contract terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, drafting and finalizing contracts for new and add-on business, and handling day-to-day operational queries from sales, sales development, and account management teams.
As a subject matter expert on deal processes and policies, you will act as a trusted advisor to the sales organization, ensuring all non-standard commercial terms are properly reviewed, approved, and documented in Salesforce. You will partner with regional leadership to prioritize projects and deals for month-, quarter-, and year-end close cycles, and communicate effectively across Deal Strategists, Sales, Finance, Legal, and other internal stakeholders.
This is a dynamic SaaS operations role requiring deep expertise in subscription structures, commercial contract management, and the ability to balance deal velocity with compliance and financial accuracy. You will identify business friction points and collaborate cross-functionally to build seamless, compliant operational processes. The role involves managing ad hoc operations and systems projects, resolving problems through research and consultation with internal teams, and supporting sales enablement initiatives.
