Braze is seeking a Senior Deal Execution Analyst to join its Sales Operations team in Singapore. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the global sales team, acting as the subject matter expert on all Deal Desk processes, systems, and best practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the sales team in building non-standard and complex orders by applying sound judgment to navigate deal requirements and internal processes
- Managing Salesforce for data integrity, updating accounts, editing reports, and tracking customer consumption and overages
- Supporting the contract signature process by identifying and resolving issues that may impact deal execution
- Partnering cross-functionally with departments like Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to understand business needs and facilitate the deal process
- Reviewing deals for accurate terms, billing information, and pricing to ensure alignment with Braze's internal systems
- Identifying opportunities to improve Deal Desk processes, documentation, and ways of working
- Sharing knowledge and best practices with team members and providing support on complex deal scenarios
You bring 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or a related role. You are proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, experienced with Salesforce and other deal management systems (DealHub, DocuSign, Conga Composer), and have a track record supporting non-standard commercial transactions. You are an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple competing priorities. You thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environments and have a proven ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
Bonus qualifications include prior B2B SaaS experience, Salesforce Admin certification, experience with CPQ tools, a background in process improvement initiatives, and Japanese language proficiency.
