In this Senior Data & Reporting Analyst role, you will own the end-to-end development of business-critical dashboards and reports using Tableau/BI tools, from requirements gathering through data modeling and visualization. You'll create core dashboards for program performance, revenue tracking, and patient source attribution. Your responsibilities include analyzing data from SQL/NoSQL databases, Airflow, and Excel to deliver clear, actionable insights and executive-ready reporting that support growth and operational decision-making.
You will partner closely with the Data Engineering team to ensure data quality, reliable pipelines, and well-structured data models. You'll monitor KPIs and flag trends, bottlenecks, or improvement areas across programs, funnels, and revenue streams. Additionally, you'll mentor junior analysts, share best practices in analytics and visualization, and enable self-service reporting capabilities across the business.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience: 5+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar role, ideally in tech or digital health; experience mentoring analysts or leading data projects required
- Skills: Strong SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and Tableau/BI dashboarding; Python (pandas/numpy) for data cleaning and analysis; familiarity with NoSQL and Airflow; advanced Excel; strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
