Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, operating in 55+ countries with 300+ million monthly users. The company partners with major brands like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound to democratize access to live experiences. You will join the Marketing & Growth team as a Senior Data Analyst, serving as the analytical backbone of the Secret Media Network function. This is a hands-on role blending data engineering, business analysis, and AI-powered automation. You will own the data infrastructure the team relies on and actively identify growth opportunities using data. **Key Responsibilities:** Data Infrastructure & Reporting: Own and maintain data pipelines and dashboards powering team reporting. Establish consistent definitions of core metrics across the organization. Business Analytics & Experimentation: Design and run A/B tests to identify performance drivers (content formats, on-site features). Proactively surface growth opportunities from data analysis, not just respond to requests. Translate findings into clear business recommendations. Data Foundations & Governance: Architect data pipelines and definitions that prevent issues before they occur. Set and enforce standards for data quality, documentation, and access to enable team self-service. AI & Automation: Leverage AI tools to scale analysis—automating recurring reports and building AI-assisted workflows. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes. Stay current on AI-powered analytics tooling. Cross-Functional Support: Act as the go-to data partner for different functions, translating questions into reliable answers. Present findings to non-technical stakeholders in actionable terms. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related STEM field - 3–5 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Analytics, or Business Intelligence role, ideally in fast-paced, digital-first environments - Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with modern data stacks (dbt or equivalent, cloud data warehouses) - Experience building and maintaining dashboards (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or similar) - Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate or accelerate analytics work - Genuinely curious, business-minded analyst who asks "why" and "what should we do about it," not just "what happened" - Experience designing or analyzing A/B tests and experiments (strong plus) - Comfortable working with ambiguity and translating messy questions into clear analysis - Proficiency in written and spoken English (required); Spanish (plus)
