DocPlanner Group is the world's largest healthcare platform, connecting 24 million patients with 280,000 doctors across 13 countries through brands like ZnanyLekarz, Doctoralia, MioDottore, DoktorTakvimi, and jameda. The company operates marketplaces, SaaS, and AI tools that help healthcare professionals work more efficiently. You will join the Global Customer Success Operations & Analytics team, serving as the analytical backbone for one of two global business lines (Individual Doctors or Clinics), each led by a VP. This team acts as the connective layer between business leadership and DocPlanner's data organization, including BI, Data Platform, and Product Analytics teams. Reporting to the Global CS Ops Analytics Manager, you will own your day-to-day priorities and work autonomously while having support for larger initiatives. Your responsibilities span three main areas: **Reporting, Dashboards & Data Models**: Build and maintain recurring reporting, dashboards (Tableau, Superset), and data models that your business line runs on. Create automations that scale across 13 markets while maintaining consistency with BI standards. **Analytical Modeling (Growing Focus)**: Shift from primarily reporting and execution toward statistical and predictive modeling. Review and improve existing statistical and predictive models, build MVPs for new use cases, and hand them off to Data Science once validated. Bring regression, forecasting, and statistical techniques into daily analysis. **AI-First Execution & Bridging Teams**: Use AI to query, code, and analyze faster. Act as the translation layer between your business line and data teams, bringing the right requirements and flagging scope/timeline mismatches. Partner directly with the VP and leadership team to understand the business, identify gaps, surface opportunities, and lead deep dives that explain why things happened and what to do next. Propose, run, and analyze experiments (A/B tests and beyond). **Prioritization & Stakeholder Alignment**: Own sequencing of your workload—triage requests, judge urgency and impact, and decide what to tackle first. Align directly with business and data stakeholders on priorities and escalate cross-team trade-offs to your manager. The role offers real impact: your work directly helps doctors help patients. You'll work at scale (3,000+ employees) yet in an agile, hands-on environment across 13 markets. **Requirements**: - Degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or similar) - 3–5 years of relevant analytics experience as an individual contributor - Very good SQL skills (BigQuery preferred); solid Python, especially for statistical and predictive modeling - Working knowledge of statistical modeling (regression analysis, forecasting/prediction, A/B testing) - Hands-on experience with Looker and/or Tableau, building dashboards for non-technical audiences - Skilled at digesting complex data into business language; able to summarize findings as clear narratives - Experience working cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders - Professional fluency in English (Spanish is a plus) **Preferred Qualifications**: - Proactive by default; spot what needs doing and raise execution levels - Owner with entrepreneurial mindset; own your work and results - Comfortable navigating ambiguity, driven by results - Understands capabilities and limits of AI/LLMs; experience building with them professionally or personally - Track record of scoping problems, running high-quality quantitative analysis, and developing insights that drive decisions - Communicates complex concepts simply and clearly; builds trust across stakeholders - Experience building or validating statistical/predictive models and handing off to Data Science - Background in tech companies, start-ups, or consultancy (no prior healthcare or SaaS required, but curiosity is critical) DocPlanner offers global benefits including healthcare insurance, wellness programs, flexible time off, career growth opportunities, and a truly global team. Local perks vary by location. The company values results, ownership, simplicity, radical honesty, and continuous learning. Visa sponsorship is not available; you must have legal right to work in your country of residence or role location.
