You will join as a Senior Data Analyst, acting as the go-to data person within your team in an international, casual environment. Your responsibilities include:
• Engaging in product analytics, ops analytics, and business analytics across the organization
• Continuously improving team product features through ad-hoc and regular data analysis
• Analyzing internal, market, and customer-level data across various business areas
• Translating data into actionable insights and presenting findings clearly
• Building production-grade analytics using state-of-the-art tools (Snowflake, Streamlit in Snowflake, Amplitude, Looker)
• Collaborating with data engineers to define data models and ensure data quality through rigorous QA
• Working with Looker's analytical layer to define explores, measures, and dimensions for robust data exploration

**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, economics, or related quantitative field
• At least 4 years of professional experience in data analysis
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouses
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to present and clearly articulate summarized data analysis results
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis
• Hands-on experience with BI tools to create interactive dashboards and visualizations (Looker preferred)
• Solid understanding of data modeling and data quality principles
• Hands-on experience with event tracking and product analytics tools (Amplitude preferred)
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and causal inference
