You will serve as the Senior Data Analyst, leading the company's reporting and analytics function as the sole analyst. In this role, you act as an internal analytics consultant, partnering across Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, and Security Intelligence to transform business, product, and security data into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities include:
**Business, Product & Security Analytics:**
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards and operational reports using Tableau
- Analyze business metrics including revenue, customer growth, subscriptions, retention, product adoption, and operational performance
- Contextualize mobile application telemetry, customer behavior, product usage, and feature adoption
- Monitor security event data to identify threats, trends, anomalies, and product effectiveness
- Define and monitor KPIs, identify trends, and surface opportunities for business and product improvement
- Translate complex data findings into clear insights and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences
**Data & Reporting:**
- Write efficient SQL queries in AWS Athena to extract and analyze large datasets from Amazon S3
- Integrate data from multiple internal systems to develop meaningful reporting and analytical solutions
- Design, develop, publish, and maintain Tableau dashboards across the organization
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
- Document data sources, business rules, report definitions, and analytical methodologies
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and analysis
- Contribute to financial reporting, assisting with quarter-end close, invoicing, and reconciliation
