As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll join the data team to build analytics and data infrastructure for one of Clutch's newer business lines. You'll start by strengthening production dashboards and data onboarding pipelines that stakeholders rely on daily, then move into designing new data models largely from the ground up. - Leveraging AI tooling to accelerate analysis, pipeline development, and iteration
- Communicating findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Owning projects end-to-end from scoping through delivery
- Contributing to data documentation and governance practices
The role emphasizes ownership, thriving on ambiguity, building something new, and bringing modern engineering practices (including AI-powered tooling) into analytics workflows.

- Strong SQL expertise with comfort working across large or complex datasets

- Fintech or SaaS fintech experience (strongly preferred)
- Experience integrating AI tools into day-to-day workflow
- Python or another coding language
- Experience with dbt, Airflow, and Snowflake
