Britive is a cloud-native privileged access management (CPAM) platform that eliminates standing privileges and enforces just-in-time ephemeral access across multi-cloud, SaaS, and hybrid environments. The company is backed by top-tier VCs and trusted by Fortune 500 organizations. As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will own the technical relationship with assigned accounts from initial deployment through long-term maturity. You will lead end-to-end implementation of the Britive platform, translating customer security requirements into working configurations across AWS, Azure, GCP, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and Ping Identity. Your responsibilities span both deployment and ongoing technical account ownership. During the deployment phase, you will conduct environment discovery, lead architecture and design sessions, configure integrations, run testing and production cutover, and manage project timelines using Monday.com. You will drive time-to-value by holding customers and internal teams accountable to deployment milestones and escalating blockers early. Post-go-live, you serve as the named technical owner for your book of accounts, acting as the customer's primary contact for architecture, roadmap, and technical health questions. You will partner closely with Customer Success Managers on joint account plans, adoption goals, and expansion opportunities. You will proactively identify unused capabilities and new use cases where Britive can extend coverage, develop the technical narrative for upsells, and own technical escalations through resolution. You will also monitor account health, manage configuration drift, and ensure upgrade readiness. You are a hands-on technical practitioner equally comfortable configuring IAM policies and running customer steering calls. You have deployed enterprise software into real customer environments and understand that successful go-lives depend on stakeholder alignment and project discipline as much as technology. You think like an owner, spot deployment risks before they escalate, and build the technical credibility that makes customers call you first.
