As Senior Customer Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll serve as the strategic advisor and operating partner to the VP of Global Customer Success. Key responsibilities include:
• Customer analysis at account level: Get hands-on with data to understand expansion drivers, churn predictors, and highest-leverage interventions. Connect product usage signals, customer health, and commercial outcomes, translating findings into CS org decisions.
• Forecasting and pipeline rigor: Build and evolve forecasting for GRR, NRR, and expansion pipeline with technical capability to wire up inputs.
• CS operating cadence: Run the rhythm of business reviews, executive deep dives, and leadership offsites with the right questions and data.
• CS systems and tooling: Partner on CS platform and integrations with Salesforce and product data, leveraging prior deployment or deep operational experience.
• AI as force multiplier: Build skills, agents, and automations the CS org can adopt.
• Strategic partnership: Act as true business partner to Global CS leadership, jointly owning outcomes and coordinating with peers across GTM.
