The Senior Customer Solutions Engineer for AI Infrastructure will own the full technical relationship with enterprise and government customers in the ANZ region, specifically those deploying Leviathan—Armada's purpose-built AI Factory platform for high-density GPU compute. This is a senior technical role (not people management) focused on driving successful deployment and long-term adoption of GPU-dense infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Solution design and facility readiness assessment for GPU infrastructure deployments
- Cluster commissioning, workload onboarding, and capacity expansion planning
- Deep technical partnership with neocloud operators, hyperscale AI infrastructure teams, and sovereign AI programs
- Understanding and solving for GPU availability, infrastructure density, operational reliability, and commercial offtake structures
- Driving deployment velocity, GPU cluster utilization, and capacity expansion metrics
- Managing technical relationships from initial design through ongoing operations
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in GPU infrastructure (physical deployment, power/cooling constraints, AI workload optimization), experience with colocation and sovereign AI environments, and the ability to operate as a senior technical partner to infrastructure-heavy customers. This role reports to the VP Global Customer Success & Delivery and is based in Sydney, serving the ANZ region.
