Wiz is a rapidly growing cloud security platform trusted by over 65% of the Fortune 100. The company recently became part of Google, combining its cloud security expertise with Google's threat intelligence and security operations capabilities.
As a Senior Customer Experience Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Wiz's largest and most complex enterprise customers, guiding them through their multi-year cloud security transformation journey. You'll own strategic projects and initiatives focused on cloud security, collaborating across Sales, Support, Product, Engineering, and customer teams to deliver transformational outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
**Strategic Project Ownership**: Take ownership of diverse cloud security initiatives, interfacing with key stakeholders across Wiz and customer organizations to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles.
**Customer Engagement & Advocacy**: Build deep relationships from day-to-day technicians to CISO level. Establish understanding of customer business vision, culture, and cloud security requirements. Evangelize Wiz value and influence adoption of secure solutions. Ensure customer guidance is understood and executed while advocating internally at Wiz for customer security needs.
**Program Transformation**: Leverage communication and project management expertise to guide customers through Wiz adoption stages post-onboarding. Innovatively solve customer security challenges through new ideas, tools, and mechanisms while overcoming internal political blockers.
**Opportunity Identification**: Collaborate with account teams to identify and pursue strategic cloud security opportunities through deeper product use or expansion to new business units. Provide TCO analysis and business case support. Understand tool ecosystems and recommend consolidation strategies.
**Operations & Enablement**: Accelerate cloud security adoption by defining key milestones, removing blockers, and implementing processes for secure workload migrations. Drive customer enablement through comprehensive training strategies.
This role requires a thought leader who can act as a trusted customer advisor, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration to deliver cloud security outcomes. You must be located in the Central United States.
