Dexory is developing advanced software powered by cutting-edge robots transforming global logistics. As a Senior Customer Analyst, you will bridge quantitative data analysis with qualitative field research to inform product strategy and validate customer hypotheses. You will conduct contextual inquiry, operator and manager interviews, surveys, card sorts, and usability tests across warehouse deployments and user personas. You'll combine on-site observations with Pendo and DexoryView usage data to validate insights at scale, then pressure-test product concepts through A/B tests, prototype tests, and interviews to determine whether ideas solve real problems. Key responsibilities include: logging structured operator and site-manager feedback post-deployment and maintaining the research repository; sizing market opportunities and competitive positioning for specific themes; synthesizing findings into clear, presentation-ready insights shared via Notion and Slack; maintaining SurveyMonkey dashboards and co-maintaining the research insights pipeline; co-designing an AI enablement playbook for research workflows, prompts, and guardrails; and co-developing UX content with the Lead and Commercial team to give users a voice in product decisions. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you're trusted to push boundaries, take ownership, and deliver breakthrough results from day one. The role is based in Wallingford with travel to warehouse sites across the UK. Requirements: - 2–4 years of experience in research, qualitative/quantitative insight, or product/bet design - Solid grounding in qualitative and quantitative research methods, with judgment to select the appropriate approach for each question - Comfort with ambiguity from open-ended questions through early product bets - Fluency with Notion, SurveyMonkey, Slack, Pendo, and Basecamp - Strong written and verbal synthesis skills - Field experience in warehouses, logistics, manufacturing, healthcare operations, or similar environments; comfort working on warehouse floors - UX content skills, including capturing the voice of the user - Note: No relocation or visa sponsorship available for this role.
