Robinhood's Enterprise Security team is seeking a Senior Corporate Security Engineer to join the Corporate Systems team. You will operate at the center of enterprise security infrastructure, maintaining the control plane for user-facing security tooling and building innovative solutions that keep employees and the platform secure. In this hybrid role (3+ days/week in Menlo Park or Bellevue), you will combine security engineering, systems administration, and hands-on AI agent development to drive key automation and safety initiatives. You'll have high visibility and direct empowerment to take strategic initiative, solve complex technical challenges, and shape Robinhood's AI security posture. Key responsibilities include: - Build, maintain, and evolve enterprise security tools powering user-facing security flows (endpoint security, authentication, telemetry) - Design safety guardrails for AI interactions and integrate agentic tools into enterprise workflows - Automate evidence-gathering for GRC and regulatory audits - Support vulnerability management programs and maintain operational resilience - Address evolving enterprise security challenges including APT protection and executive digital footprint security - Collaborate cross-functionally with Security Operations, GRC, Legal, and IT engineering You bring 5+ years of professional information security experience combining security engineering, IT systems administration, and enterprise infrastructure. Proven experience managing modern identity systems (Okta) or blending security engineering with systems/infrastructure engineering is essential. Hands-on exposure to AI tools and agent workflows (OpenAI, Claude, Cursor, custom APIs) is required. You have practical cloud experience (Google Cloud Platform) and modern software development process knowledge. A broad security generalist skill set covering device compliance, binary/plugin evaluation, behavior tracing, vulnerability management, and security policy enforcement is expected. Strong ownership mentality and adaptable builder mindset are critical.
