Cyderes is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in SailPoint Identity & Access Management (IAM) to deliver technical implementations for enterprise clients. This is a customer-facing technical role where you'll work as part of a high-end consulting team, partnering with Engagement Leads and Project Managers to design, deploy, and configure IAM solutions that help organizations manage identity, access, and risk.
You will be responsible for the technical delivery of SailPoint ISC implementation projects, including gathering business and technical requirements, designing solutions that meet customer needs, and ensuring quality outcomes. Key responsibilities include implementing SailPoint ISC deployments, configuring JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) certification and provisioning workflows, setting up automated application onboarding, configuring reports and dashboards, managing RBAC and access reviews, and creating comprehensive delivery documentation such as implementation guides, test plans, and runbooks.
You'll also contribute to pre-sales activities by developing client-focused proposals and running technical proof-of-concepts, work cross-functionally to maintain budget alignment and high-quality delivery, identify customer opportunities, build technical partnerships, and share best practices to enhance the IAM center of excellence.
Required qualifications include 4+ years of hands-on SailPoint ISC experience covering implementation, installation, and configuration; expertise in JML certification and provisioning; proficiency in developing lifecycle workflows and configuring reports/dashboards; experience with RBAC and access reviews; database experience (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL); programming knowledge in Java, Bean Shell, or PowerShell; and SailPoint ISC Engineer Certification.
