Salary: USD 80,000 - 200,000 / annual
Veeva Systems, a $3B+ SaaS leader in life sciences industry cloud, seeks a Senior Consultant for its Align product (part of Veeva Vault CRM Suite). This role combines project management, business analysis, and technical product configuration work on global implementations for pharma and medical device clients.
You will lead business process due diligence, design, and documentation of end-user requirements for new and existing customer implementations. Key responsibilities include meeting with senior executives as a subject matter expert, translating complex client and vendor concepts for diverse audiences, developing deep expertise in life sciences and Veeva solutions, and mentoring junior team members. You'll grow team capabilities, establish best practices, and create accelerators for future projects.
Required: 8+ years in technology consulting with commercial life sciences focus OR pharma commercial operations/sales planning experience. Strong hands-on data management and process analysis skills, including advanced Excel proficiency and SQL or MS Access experience for larger datasets. Ability to travel up to 20% for customer and internal engagement.
Preferred: 3+ years CRM experience in life sciences, MDM product knowledge, pharma/life sciences industry background, expertise in sales/marketing territory alignment and sales cycle planning, and technical exposure to web services, ETL, and SQL.
