Salary: USD 80,000 - 125,000 / annual
Veeva Systems, a public benefit corporation and leader in industry cloud for life sciences, seeks a Senior Consultant for its Align product (part of the Veeva Vault CRM Suite). This role combines project management, business analysis, and technical product configuration work on global implementations serving pharma and medical device organizations.
You will lead business process due diligence, design, and documentation of end-user requirements for new and existing customer implementations. As a senior team member, you'll serve as a subject matter expert, meeting regularly with C-suite executives and translating complex concepts for audiences with varying technical backgrounds. You'll develop deep expertise in life sciences industry workflows and Veeva's solutions, mentor junior team members, and establish best practices and accelerators to grow team capabilities.
Required: 8+ years in technology consulting focused on commercial life sciences OR pharma commercial operations and sales planning. Strong hands-on data management and process analysis skills, including advanced Excel proficiency and experience with MS Access or SQL for larger datasets. Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer and internal engagements.
Preferred: 3+ years CRM experience in life sciences, MDM product knowledge, pharma/life sciences industry background, expertise in sales and marketing territory alignment and sales cycle planning, and exposure to web services, ETL, and SQL.
