Reonomy (operating under Altus Group) is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Global Advisory team in London. You will lead valuation management and review processes for commercial real estate portfolios across EMEA, working with major institutional clients including banks, pension funds, insurance companies, and investment managers. In this role, you will oversee complex valuation engagements from start to finish, reviewing ARGUS and Excel models, assessing discounted cash flow analyses, validating market assumptions, and identifying portfolio risks. You'll build trusted relationships with sophisticated clients, facilitate valuation discussions, present quarterly findings, and help clients understand key valuation movements and portfolio risks. You will also mentor junior team members, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of team processes. You'll work across diverse European markets including Germany, France, Italy, Poland, and Romania, gaining exposure to international real estate portfolios and institutional investors. The role combines technical valuation expertise with client relationship management, financial modelling, and project leadership. You'll prepare market research, develop presentations and reports, and analyze portfolio trends to support client decision-making. This is an office-based role in London with flexibility to work from home up to two days per week. You'll report to the Senior Manager, Global Advisory, and join a collaborative, international team that values knowledge sharing and professional development. Required qualifications: commercial real estate experience (valuation, advisory, or related consulting); understanding of valuation principles; advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; ability to review complex valuation models; confident client communication; and a collaborative, mentoring-oriented leadership approach. Experience with ARGUS Enterprise, ValueInsight, or similar platforms is an asset but can be learned.
