Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Consultant - Vault CRM Architect to serve as a technical advisor and implementation lead for life sciences customers across Europe. In this role, you will drive end-to-end delivery of Vault CRM, Events Management, and connected solutions implementations, while also leading migrations from Salesforce to the Veeva Vault Platform for both SMB and Enterprise accounts.
You will act as the technical authority in customer engagements, confidently leading meetings with senior IT and business stakeholders to guide architectural decisions based on best practices and domain expertise. You'll mentor internal teams and support implementation partners, while maintaining hands-on involvement in configuration, troubleshooting, and solving complex technical problems. The role emphasizes ownership and autonomy—you'll turn ambiguous requirements into clear action plans and drive them forward, staying curious about emerging technologies and AI tools to improve team efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in IT Consulting or Architecture for implementation projects
- Strong consulting background with proven ability to drive best practices and manage senior stakeholder relationships
- Proven ability to learn new technology quickly and take ownership of complex technical outcomes
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Full right to work in the country of application
NICE TO HAVE:
- Demonstrated expertise building, configuring, and architecting on Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, or Salesforce (Force.com) platform
- Proficiency in SQL, MDL, or Python
- Experience with software from other vendors (IQVIA, SAP, CVENT, etc.)
- Professional fluency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian
- Experience working in Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health, or adjacent industries
