You will serve as the principal liaison between top-tier global Private Equity firms, their portfolio companies, and Adyen's executive leadership and commercial teams. - Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, and Account Management to ensure seamless execution and rapid onboarding of referred portfolio companies.
- Own commercial targets for the defined PE/VC portfolio, defining and monitoring KPIs including partner-originated pipeline, closed-won revenue, and channel ROI.
- Serve as a player-coach to mentor junior and mid-level Commercial Partnership Managers, helping them navigate complex sponsor dynamics and close deals.
Required qualifications: 8+ years of commercial experience in fintech, enterprise software sales, corporate development, or consulting; 4+ years of direct experience working within or selling to the PE/VC sponsor ecosystem; comprehensive understanding of the payments value chain; established network of relationships with PE Operating Partners and portfolio managers; expert communication skills with C-suite executives and PE Managing Directors; analytical capability with financial models and EBITDA impact analyses.
