Salary: PLN 260,400 - 352,200 / annual

As a Senior Cloud Software Engineer, you will lead efforts to enable new AI accelerator hardware within Kubernetes environments. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Go applications that seamlessly integrate a new AI accelerator with existing Kubernetes clusters, delivering a native Kubernetes end-user experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead design and development of Go applications for AI accelerator integration in Kubernetes
- Ensure seamless hardware integration with existing Kubernetes clusters
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering continuous learning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on feature design, implementation, and testing
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Engage with the Kubernetes community on discussions, forums, and open-source projects as needed
- Write and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Stay current with Kubernetes and cloud computing trends
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5 years of software development experience, ideally in cloud environments
- Proficiency in Go programming
- Extensive Kubernetes experience; CKA and CKS certifications preferred
- Strong understanding of container orchestration and cloud-native development
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
The role is hybrid based in Gdańsk, Poland. Candidates must be local due to the hybrid working policy.
