As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the company's cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency. You will be responsible for automating and streamlining CI/CD pipelines, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform and Ansible, and managing containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes. Your work will directly impact the reliability and performance of systems serving the organization's rapid growth. Key responsibilities include: - Designing and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines for smooth integration and deployment - Developing scalable IaC solutions with a focus on modularity and reusability - Optimizing cloud infrastructure for performance, cost, and security through capacity planning and disaster recovery strategies - Managing Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads at scale - Implementing advanced monitoring and logging using tools like ELK Stack, Datadog, or New Relic - Collaborating with development teams to support microservices and event-driven architectures - Leading cloud security initiatives including IAM, encryption, and compliance enforcement - Mentoring teams on DevOps best practices and fostering a DevOps culture across the organization You will need 5+ years of hands-on DevOps or Cloud Engineering experience with proven success managing cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines in fast-paced environments. Strong proficiency with Azure is essential, along with experience in AWS or Google Cloud. Deep expertise in IaC tools, containerization, cloud networking, and security is required. You should be comfortable with configuration management, secrets management, and ITSM practices.
