Precision for Medicine is a clinical research organization (CRO) that combines advanced technologies, scientific expertise, and operational scale to accelerate the development of life-changing therapies. The company specializes in oncology and rare disease clinical trials, integrating trial execution with deep scientific knowledge, laboratory expertise, and advanced data sciences.
The Senior Clinical Project Manager will plan, direct, coordinate, and deliver clinical study projects, ensuring objectives around quality, scope, cost, and timeline are met. The role involves managing regional trials of moderate complexity and/or providing supportive oversight on complex global trials.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact and escalation point for clients
- Coordinating and overseeing all functional services and external vendors against established timelines and budgets
- Managing study budgets to ensure projects remain within scope, identifying out-of-scope activities early
- Ensuring functional teams understand study scope and manage their areas accordingly
- Overseeing project profitability, billable hours, and accurate, timely billing and forecasting
- Developing comprehensive project plans with timelines, proactive risk management, and mitigation strategies
- Ensuring quality management, including eTMF inspection readiness and implementation of quality notification and corrective/preventative action plans
- Maintaining integrated collaboration across functional operations
- Establishing tracking metrics to monitor trial and team progress
- Preparing project status updates and reporting progress to clients and senior management
This is an individual contributor role with significant responsibility for trial delivery and client relationships, but does not involve direct people management.
