CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Capture Manager to lead capture and proposal efforts for government and commercial opportunities in the space and aerospace sector. Reporting to the Director of Business Capture, you will own all proposal activities including ROMs (Rough Order of Magnitude estimates), NTEs (Not-To-Exceed quotes), and firm proposals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end proposal development and submission processes
- Serving as the primary internal and external point of contact for proposal operations, scheduling, and contract clarifications
- Partnering effectively with cross-functional teams including Contracts, Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing Operations
- Building and maintaining customer relationships to drive proposal completion and win rates
- Coordinating proposal timelines and resource allocation across the organization
You will be instrumental in supporting CesiumAstro's growth by ensuring high-quality, competitive proposals that accurately reflect the company's capabilities. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate complex government and commercial procurement processes.
