Halter is a venture-backed agtech company transforming grazing practices through innovative technology that enables farmers and graziers to run more productive and sustainable operations. The company is backed by Tier 1 investors including Founders Fund, Bessemer Venture Partners, BOND, DCVC, and Blackbird. As Senior Campaigns Specialist, you will own the full campaign strategy and execution for Halter's Australian market. Your primary responsibility is turning commercial goals into measurable campaigns that move revenue metrics. You will manage campaigns across the entire customer journey—from farmer awareness through to deepening engagement with existing customers. Key responsibilities include: • Owning Australian campaign strategy aligned with revenue priorities, translating commercial targets and regional priorities into a cohesive campaign calendar that accounts for seasonal farming cycles, field days, and key moments on farm. • Owning the inbound leads target and forecast for Australia. While you won't hold the paid digital budget, you'll collaborate with Global Performance Marketing to test and refine paid social strategy, audiences, creative, and timing specific to the Australian market. • Consolidating scattered activity—field days, sales events, partner initiatives, regional pushes, content, and global campaigns—into joined-up campaigns that support regional priorities. You'll identify opportunities to scale single activities into full campaigns with pre-event promotion, paid/social support, on-site content capture, and sales handoff. • Planning and executing campaigns end-to-end: defining goals, identifying audiences, sequencing channels, setting timelines, and conducting rigorous results reviews. • Working from data, not intuition. You'll track response rates, pipeline sourced or influenced, and customer impact post-acquisition. You'll make mid-campaign adjustments based on what the data reveals about audience, channel mix, messaging, or timing. When positioning isn't landing, you'll brief Content, Design, or Global Brand teams on required changes and rationale. • Prioritizing ruthlessly. You'll rank opportunities against revenue priorities and allocate time and budget to highest-impact activities. This includes pulling underperforming campaigns and declining popular but non-essential requests. • Planning and buying regional media outside global performance channels, including rural/farming press, regional radio, outdoor advertising, and sponsorships. You'll own the strategy, budget decisions, negotiation, integration with broader campaigns, and ROI measurement. • Collaborating with Events, regional Content, Global Brand, and Global Performance Marketing teams. You own strategy and briefs; partners own execution and craft. Halter operates with an office-first culture emphasizing in-person connection and high-trust autonomy. The company offers unlimited paid annual leave, wellness leave, $1,000 annual self-development budget, comprehensive parental leave (6 months primary, 4 weeks secondary), health insurance partnership, and an employee stock ownership plan. REQUIREMENTS: • 5+ years of hands-on campaign management with demonstrated ownership of outcomes, not just execution. You can articulate learnings from both successful and unsuccessful campaigns. • Data-driven and commercially minded. You think in revenue impact rather than activity metrics and defer to quantitative evidence over intuition. • Full-funnel perspective across the entire customer journey, with equal investment in new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion. • Natural connector and strategic thinker who identifies campaign opportunities within complex, overlapping activities and brings cross-functional teams into unified plans. • Hands-on media planning and buying experience. You've personally planned and purchased paid social and other media channels, and can assess placement value versus vanity metrics. • Organized and comfortable with ambiguity. You can manage multiple concurrent campaigns at different stages, make sound decisions with incomplete data, and know when to escalate versus decide independently.
