Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Senior C# Developer to join the Veeam Backup for Office 365 team in Warsaw. This is a people-management role combining technical leadership with hands-on development.
You will supervise the team's day-to-day operations while remaining deeply involved in backend feature development. Key responsibilities include:
• Supervise and manage team operations, ensuring a positive work atmosphere and team member motivation
• Collaborate with product management to analyze and establish business requirements
• Develop new product features, with current focus on backend systems
• Estimate effort, costs, and capacity for feature implementation
• Lead code reviews and involve team members in technical decision-making
• Establish and review team communication processes, including planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Communicate with project stakeholders
• Foster continuous learning and skill development within the team
The team works with modern Microsoft and cloud technologies: C# (with some C++ and C++/CLI), REST APIs, PowerShell, .NET 10, Visual Studio, Rider, Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, TeamCity, Azure, Office 365, Amazon, Google Cloud, Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory, and PostgreSQL.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of software development in commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, Win API, data structures, and algorithms
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, self-control, and responsibility
• Result-oriented, proactive approach to problem-solving
• Technical mindset with great attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• English proficiency sufficient for international team collaboration
