Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Senior C# Developer to join the Veeam Backup for Office 365 team in Berlin. This is a management-track engineering role where you will supervise day-to-day team operations while continuing hands-on backend development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the team's daily operations, ensuring a positive work atmosphere and team member motivation
- Collaborate with product management to analyze and establish business requirements
- Develop new product features with a current focus on backend systems
- Estimate effort, costs, and capacity requirements for feature implementation
- Lead code reviews and involve team members in technical decision-making
- Establish and maintain team communication processes, including planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
- Communicate with project stakeholders and drive technical decisions
- Foster continuous learning and skill development within the team

Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial software development experience
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, Win API, data structures, and algorithms
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with self-control and responsibility
- Result-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Technical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills and English proficiency sufficient for international team collaboration
