Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Senior C# Developer to lead the development of Veeam Backup for Office 365. This role combines hands-on technical work with team leadership responsibilities.
You will supervise the team's day-to-day operations and ensure a positive work atmosphere focused on learning and motivation. Your technical responsibilities include developing new product features (currently backend-focused), making architectural decisions, and leading code reviews. You will collaborate with product management to analyze and establish business requirements, estimate implementation efforts including costs and capacity planning, and communicate with project stakeholders.
The role emphasizes both technical excellence and people leadership: you'll establish team processes, prepare and facilitate regular meetings (planning, daily standups, retrospectives), and help team members develop their hard and soft skills.
Veeam Backup for Office 365 protects Microsoft 365 data across Exchange, SharePoint, and other services. The tech stack includes modern C# with .NET 10, REST APIs, PowerShell, and some C++/C++CLI. You'll work with Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, and TeamCity for CI/CD, and integrate with Azure, Office 365, AWS, and Google Cloud platforms.

**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of software development in commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, Win API, data structures, and algorithms
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, self-control, and responsibility

- Technical mindset with great attention to detail
- Good communication skills
