You will serve as a Senior Business Systems Analyst reporting to the Senior Manager, Security GRC & Trust. This role is central to developing and scaling Greenlight's Business Systems program, supporting critical back-office operations across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administering and supporting the technology stack spanning Billing, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Expenses, Travel, Sales, and Marketing functions
- Managing systems including NetSuite, Maxio, HubSpot, FloQast, Workiva, Snowflake, ZIP, and related platforms
- Collaborating cross-functionally with business teams on system implementations, automation projects, and operational improvements
- Supporting company growth through technology enablement and process optimization
- Ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and compliance across financial and operational systems
This is an individual contributor role for an experienced systems professional who can bridge business requirements with technical solutions. You'll work with diverse stakeholders to translate operational needs into system configurations and automations. The role offers significant impact across multiple business functions and the opportunity to shape how Greenlight's internal technology infrastructure evolves.
