Greenlight is a family technology company serving 6.5+ million family members with a suite of products including a debit card app, Safe Family GPS trackers, and Family Hub. The company focuses on helping families manage finances, safety, and everyday life in one connected platform.
In this role, you will support and maintain Greenlight's Business Systems function, serving as a key technical resource for the finance and operations teams. You'll work with a modern stack of enterprise systems including NetSuite (primary), Maxio, HubSpot, FloQast, Workiva, and ZIP to troubleshoot issues, configure automations, and optimize workflows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administering and maintaining NetSuite and related financial/business systems, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business goals
- Configuring solutions (automations, integrations, IPaaS) to improve billing, procurement, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, and travel & expense operations
- Supporting month-end and quarter-end close processes and driving process efficiencies through systems
- Executing IT General Controls (ITGC) initiatives including access reviews, change management, and procedural documentation
- Managing user roles, configuration maintenance, and integration maintenance
- Documenting system configurations and processes
- Collaborating with global IT and Security teams to strengthen the security posture of business systems
- Contributing to system enhancements and providing feedback for continuous improvement
This is a hands-on technical role requiring deep expertise in NetSuite administration and a working knowledge of modern business systems integration.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as a NetSuite administrator or business systems analyst
- NetSuite Administrator Certification (preferred)
- Working knowledge of SuiteBuilder; familiarity with SuiteScript and SuiteTalk
- Exposure to SuiteCloud Development Framework and version control systems (e.g., GitHub)
- Familiarity with NetSuite modules such as Fixed Assets and OneWorld (plus)
- Experience integrating NetSuite with other financial and business systems, or strong interest in learning
- Experience supporting financial systems for billing, reconciliation, travel management, revenue recognition, and CRM functions (plus) — e.g., FloQast, Workiva, HubSpot, Maxio
- Exposure to global or multi-entity system environments (plus)
- Understanding of ITGCs and exposure to SOC, ISO, or SOX compliant environments
- Familiarity with core accounting processes: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report
- Exposure to agile project management tools (Jira, Asana, Confluence, LucidChart)
- Accounting or Finance background (plus)
- Exposure to no-code automation or IPaaS platforms (e.g., StackSync, UiPath) (plus)
- Experience using AI to enhance accounting, finance, and business systems processes (plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and support solutions from design to implementation
- Proactive attitude with desire to learn new skills in a flexible, fast-paced environment
