This Senior Business Development Manager role focuses on partner acquisition—a hunter position responsible for the full cycle of identifying, qualifying, negotiating, and launching new reselling partners. You will own a global pipeline of prospective partners, tracking industry trends and regulatory shifts to identify where demand for identity verification is emerging. Your responsibilities include:
- Researching and identifying identity orchestration, risk decisioning, onboarding, and other platforms whose customers need identity verification and represent strong reselling opportunities
- Running outbound prospecting and leveraging your network to initiate conversations with target partners
- Evaluating prospective partners on commercial potential, technical fit, market reach, and strategic value
- Delivering compelling pitches and product positioning to partner executives
- Leading commercial negotiations and working with Legal to structure and close reseller agreements
- Driving onboarding and go-to-market launches for new partners, coordinating enablement, technical integration, and launch marketing
- Partnering with Technical Account Management, Product, Partner Success, and Marketing teams to move partners from first conversation to a thriving relationship
While based in North America, you will identify and pursue partner opportunities across multiple global markets. You carry a partner-acquisition target and are measured on the number and quality of partners signed and successfully launched. The role expects you to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity and optimize workflows.
