As Senior Business Development Manager B2B, you will drive market penetration and customer acquisition across the LATAM region. You'll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and recruiting new clients onto the Payoneer platform, with a focus on SMBs and professional businesses seeking global payment capabilities. Key responsibilities include: - Acquiring and onboarding new high-value customers to increase market segment share - Building and maintaining a strong lead funnel, pitching to C-suite executives and closing deals - Exploring new business segments and defining go-to-market strategies - Generating monthly forecasts and exceeding targets for client acquisition and GMV - Executing below-the-line marketing activities to support customer acquisition - Collaborating with marketing to develop compelling value propositions - Engaging cross-functionally with senior management to ensure unit objectives are met - Developing long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders You bring at least 6 years of experience in business development, service/solution sales, or account management, ideally in payments, ecommerce, or large-scale merchant acquisition. You have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding business goals, leading complex negotiations with SMB C-suite executives, and driving operational excellence. You're comfortable managing both team responsibilities and individual targets simultaneously. Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Preferred qualifications include payments and banking industry experience, B2B/SMB segment familiarity, direct sales experience with cross-border trade businesses, and data analytics/BI tool proficiency.
