You will join the Business Development team as a Senior Market Strategy & Partnerships Manager, owning the Dutch market end-to-end. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role at the intersection of business development, operations, and strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute the market growth strategy for the Netherlands, applying innovative approaches to scale Fever's regional presence
- Manage commercial strategy with large partners to ensure mutual value creation and build sustainable strategic alliances
- Balance, maintain, and grow a large client base through strong organizational and relationship management skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Category Management, Partner Support, Operations, Tech, Product, Finance) to deliver partner growth across the Netherlands and internationally
- Track entertainment industry trends to serve as the internal expert for emerging and trending experiences
- Act as a true partner and advisor to clients, taking full ownership of their success across marketing, pricing, operations, and financing
The Business Development team sits at the core of Fever's platform, connecting world-class experiences with the largest audiences. Team members work with creators, producers, agencies, and cultural leaders to help them make data-driven decisions, expand portfolios, and scale internationally.
