As a Senior Business Development Associate, you will be a pioneering member of the team driving Hive's growth by identifying and closing strategic opportunities with SMB accounts. You will own the full sales cycle—from lead generation and pitching through negotiation and closing—while building and maintaining relationships with strategic partners to expand Hive's reach across the Philippines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the complete sales pipeline for SME account acquisition
- Forging and nurturing strategic partnerships to access new customer segments
- Developing deep product expertise and conducting competitive market analysis to ensure Hive remains a market leader
- Gathering and synthesizing customer feedback to inform product development
- Supporting brand-building and networking initiatives
- Cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional user experience

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related fields
- Creative, strategic, and proactive problem-solving with ability to identify growth opportunities
- Strong data literacy and business analysis skills to support decision-making
