As a Senior Consultant in the R&D Business Consulting practice, you will partner with customers to accelerate drug development and patient access by transforming their operating models, data strategies, and use of AI.
You will lead small-scale consulting projects end-to-end, managing teams of 2–3 consultants while developing your people leadership capabilities. Your responsibilities include designing and delivering high-quality customer solutions that reshape how life sciences organizations work with technology, data, and AI. You'll drive measurable business value through strategic problem-solving, focusing on areas like Safety, Clinical Operations, and Regulatory Affairs.
Beyond project delivery, you will contribute to practice growth by leading proposal development, identifying new opportunities within customer engagements, and building deep expertise in 1–2 functional areas within the R&D domain. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior life sciences leaders, articulating complex strategic insights clearly and leveraging Veeva's unique software, data, and AI capabilities.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of life sciences consulting experience (business or management consulting preferred) with proven expertise in Safety, Clinical Operations, or Regulatory Affairs. You combine analytical rigor with strong communication skills, holding at least a bachelor's degree. Familiarity with Veeva products or SaaS/tech-enabled consulting delivery is a plus.
