Salary: EUR 43,400 - 62,000 / annual

Zscaler is seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist to join the People & Culture department as a remote role based in Ireland, reporting to the Senior Manager, People Operations EMEA. You will serve as a subject matter expert in the day-to-day execution and administration of Zscaler's EMEA benefit programs, acting as the backbone of the benefits function. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end administration for new hire enrollments, leaver processing, and off-cycle qualifying life events while owning the monthly benefits-to-payroll data bridge - Manage submission and tracking of insurance claims for disability and sick leave, conducting quarterly headcount audits to ensure 100% data integrity with all benefit providers - Serve as the senior point of escalation for complex employee inquiries, resolving issues within defined SLAs and educating staff on the most beneficial support options - Identify process ambiguities to document solutions in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manage end-to-end invoice reconciliation for all vendor billing - Ensure the employee life-cycle from onboarding to off-boarding is handled with precision, empathy, and compliance, with a focus on high-touch administration of complex leave cases and seamless delivery of benefits concierge service About Zscaler: Zscaler (NASDAQ: ZS) is a cloud security platform company that accelerates digital transformation through its Zero Trust Exchange platform, protecting thousands of customers from cyberattacks and data loss. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience - 4+ years of dedicated experience in HR Benefits administration, with emphasis on benefits operations - Technical proficiency in HRIS (Workday preferred), payroll systems, and benefit vendor portals - Advanced Excel skills for data auditing, payroll reporting, and invoice reconciliation - Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies and workflows to drive measurable operational efficiency - Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools Preferred Qualifications: - Direct experience working within a global, public SaaS or high-growth technology organization - Demonstrated ability to operate independently and make sound decisions with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
