Sedric is an AI compliance platform for financial services that uses agentic AI to automate oversight across customer communications and marketing. The platform provides real-time guardrails on calls, pre-approval review on marketing assets, and post-publication monitoring across partners and channels. Each customer receives a dedicated compliance model, improving accuracy, reducing false positives, and enabling compliance teams to work faster without increasing risk.
The Core team at Sedric owns the data pipeline that powers the entire platform—processing data at scale, feeding analysis engines, and supporting the applications customers depend on daily. As the company scales, this infrastructure must handle exponentially more data, more customers, and expanded surface area without becoming a bottleneck.
In this Senior Backend Software Engineer role, you will build and maintain the infrastructure backbone that underpins Sedric's growth. You'll work on systems that sit at the intersection of AI and business impact, designing and implementing solutions that can scale 10x while maintaining reliability and performance. Your work will directly influence how the platform processes compliance data, powers real-time decision-making, and serves customers across financial services.
You'll be part of a team focused on backend systems, data pipelines, and infrastructure. Reporting to your Team Lead, you'll collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to ensure the Core infrastructure can support Sedric's ambitious growth trajectory. The role is based in Tel Aviv on a hybrid model, allowing flexibility while maintaining strong team collaboration.
