You will join an early-stage initiative to build an internal AI agent platform—a transformative project designed to scale across the organization. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape a game-changing solution from inception, working at the intersection of large-scale distributed systems and AI technologies. Key responsibilities include: - Develop backend infrastructure and microservices for the AI agent platform - Participate in architecture design and technology selection - Stay current with AI agent frameworks and technologies; experiment and evaluate new approaches - Optimize platform components related to agent creation, quality evaluation, and performance under load - Collaborate closely with platform users to gather feedback and build a user-friendly product Required qualifications: - 5+ years of backend engineering experience - 2+ years with Golang and 2+ years with Python - Experience building scalable, distributed systems and high-load architectures - Strong backend technology stack: PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, GitLab, microservices - Passion for clean, testable, maintainable code - Proactive mindset and ability to work independently - B2+ English communication skills Desirable experience: - AI agent frameworks (Langchain, Langgraph, ADK) - Building or integrating LLM-based features and agent-centric architectures - ML experience: model learning, evaluation, and production implementation - Developing internal tools, automations, and CRM systems You'll work with a world-class remote engineering team distributed across 20+ countries in a high-growth environment.
