You'll join a very early-stage initiative to build an internal AI agent platform—a transformative project designed to scale into a powerful ecosystem impacting multiple business areas. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape a game-changing solution from inception, working at the intersection of large-scale distributed systems and cutting-edge AI technologies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop backend infrastructure and microservices for the AI agent platform
- Participate in architecture design and technology selection
- Stay current with AI agent frameworks and technologies; experiment and evaluate new approaches
- Optimize platform components for agent creation, quality evaluation, and performance under load
- Collaborate closely with platform users to gather feedback and build a user-friendly product
You'll work with modern tech: Golang, Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, GitLab, and microservices architecture. Experience with LLM frameworks (Langchain, Langgraph, ADK) and agent-centric architectures is highly valued. ML production experience is a strong plus.
