As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will join the core team to architect and build the engine behind Frame's AI-native security platform. This is not a dashboard role—you'll be designing systems that process massive data streams and push AI models to their limits to outthink modern attackers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and build core backend systems from the ground up
- Architect scalable, resilient infrastructure capable of processing large volumes of security data
- Make high-impact technical decisions with real ownership and autonomy
- Collaborate closely with AI and security researchers to translate cutting-edge research into production systems
- Own features end-to-end, from concept through production and monitoring
- Help define engineering standards, culture, and best practices for the team
