As a Senior Associate Launch Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and implementation. You'll manage a portfolio of client implementation projects across their complete lifecycle, from Sales hand-off through successful launch. You'll act as a trusted advisor, providing technical and operational guidance to help clients maximize business impact and accelerate time-to-value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee and support multiple client implementation projects simultaneously, managing the complete lifecycle
- Serve as consultant, application configuration expert, and project manager, keeping internal and external teams aligned
- Translate Glia's technology deployment into measurable ROI for customers, communicating value to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain project infrastructure including schedules, communication plans, test plans, and RAID logs
- Manage client expectations, proactively flag alignment issues, and escalate blockers to keep timelines on track
- Train client administrators on platform configuration and support operators through simulated training exercises
- Identify, define, and recommend internal procedures to scale and improve service delivery
You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, sees the big picture, and is a natural leader who uses influence to drive success. You'll be accountable for project success and ensuring your team delivers on time.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing implementations for SaaS or Enterprise-level clients
- Understanding of APIs, HTML, and network security
- Hands-on experience configuring applications or software platforms (e.g., CMS like Drupal, CRM systems, enterprise software)
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple client-facing projects simultaneously
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success, Development/Engineering)
- Strong project management skills and background in technical consultancy
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills across multiple audiences
- Highly collaborative, flexible, with growth mindset and natural curiosity about technology
- Team player attitude with strong presentation skills and self-confidence
Bonus: Contact center experience, end-user training experience, background in Financial Services/Insurance/Healthcare, project management or technical certification, consultancy role experience.
