Nutanix's Corporate Strategy team is seeking a Senior Associate to drive strategic initiatives that shape the company's growth and operational efficiency. You will work directly with the CEO and executive leadership on projects spanning growth strategy, business model transformation, go-to-market initiatives, and operational excellence.
In this role, you will generate business insights and develop strategy and business cases that inform company-wide decisions and unlock value. You'll define, drive, and track strategic initiatives critical to company growth and operational efficiency. Collaboration is key—you'll partner across the organization with functional leaders to devise corporate and functional strategies, synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
You bring 3+ years of progressive work experience, with at least 2 years in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy at a leading enterprise software company. You hold a management degree from a top-tier business school and have a strong focus on enterprise software and SaaS. You are a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, able to synthesize insights to drive alignment and outcomes. Your communication and interpersonal skills are strong, with a proven ability to build collaborative working relationships. You thrive in ambiguous, unstructured environments.
The role is hybrid, based in Bengaluru. Employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration and team alignment. Nutanix is a cloud infrastructure company serving enterprise customers globally.
