Salary: USD 75,000 - 180,000 / annual

Grey, part of WPP, is seeking a Senior Art Director to bring well-known brands to life through creative excellence. You will partner with a Senior Copywriter to concept creative visions across multiple media touchpoints including TV, social, earned media, and activations. Your role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring visual concepts align perfectly with copy and meet Grey's "Famously Effective" standard. Key responsibilities include: - Collaborating with copywriters to ensure synchronized copy and visuals - Ideating and executing sound creative ideas efficiently and economically - Creating concepts that demonstrate strategic understanding and campaign extensibility - Developing deep knowledge of client brand tone and implementing it consistently - Working independently and collaboratively to develop ideas, refine concepts, and achieve creative vision - Partnering with account supervisors and executives to understand project specifics, strategy, budget, and schedule - Overcoming obstacles with peers to drive client success - Providing innovative advice and solutions informed by industry examples - Organizing and maintaining creative standards and guidelines - Contributing insights on creative briefs and schedules - Managing tight deadlines and prioritizing workload effectively - Staying current on creative trends, award shows, case studies, and production companies globally - Mastering latest design software, digital tools, and platforms - Remaining curious about pop culture, social media trends, and audience behaviors to infuse culturally relevant elements into campaigns Grey is recognized as a 2025 Fast Company World Changing Ideas winner, earned 26 Lions at the 2026 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, and was named a Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplace by Newsweek in 2024. Requirements: - 5-7 years of experience as an art director - Strong understanding of email, social media, video, and other digital platforms - Experience presenting to and working with clients and internal partners - Demonstrated understanding of clients' business needs and ability to concept compelling solutions aligned with creative strategy - Proven ability to listen, digest, and resolve client feedback with creative solutions and positive attitude - Capability to manage multiple projects of varying sizes with different project leads - Strong creative and conceptual vision with ability to approach assignments with fresh perspective
